RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

FREE RETURNS

Return shipping is on us. Contact us at contact@vusykawaiishop.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange your free return.

CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as swimwear or intimate items) may be marked as final sale on the product page and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the item and we will resend it or refund you in full. No return needed in this case.
