Β 1. Does Vusy Kawaii Shop ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world, with the exception of the following destinations due to shipping and customs restrictions. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working to expand our reach:

  • Africa (all countries)
  • Venezuela
  • Haiti
  • Ukraine
  • Morocco
  • Egypt
  • Russia

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Free Shipping: Available to all eligible countries, except for some countries in South America.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout, with costs ranging from US$9.99 to US$11.99 depending on your country (temporarily unavailable).

We offer site-wide free shipping promotions during sale seasons. Follow us on social media to stay updated!

3. Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. In the rare cases where import duties or taxes apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

⚠️ Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, weather conditions, or holidays. For orders to South America, additional delays may occur due to customs processing.

5. Which shipping carriers do you use?Β 

We partner with reliable international and local carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your destination and shipping method:

Once your package arrives in the U.S., it will be handed off to one of the following trusted domestic carriers for final delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • DHL eCommerce

The specific carrier used for your order will be indicated in your tracking information once the package is shipped.

For international orders:

We work with global logistics partners such as Cainiao, YunExpress, DHL, and 4PX, which then coordinate with your country's local postal service for final delivery (e.g., Royal Mail in the UK, Canada Post in Canada, Correos in Spain, etc.).

Tip: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We recommend checking your tracking regularly and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and all relevant information. You can track your order through the following platforms:

7. What if my package doesn't arrive?

If you have not received your package within 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@vusykawaiishop.comΒ We will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, once your order enters the preparation and dispatch stage, no cancellations or changes can be made.
