2. How much does shipping cost?
Standard Free Shipping: Available to all eligible countries, except for some countries in South America.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout, with costs ranging from US$9.99 to US$11.99 depending on your country (temporarily unavailable).

3. Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. In the rare cases where import duties or taxes apply, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time(Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)

Tip: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We recommend checking your tracking regularly and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

7. What if my package doesn't arrive?

Return policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
