Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
1. How to request a return or exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@vusykawaiishop.com with the following details:
- Your order number

Photo or video evidence clearly showing the problem or defect
- A brief description of the issue
2. Condition of the item
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In its original condition unwashed, unused, and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all original labels and tags attached
⚠️ If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
RETURN SHIPPING
We strongly recommend using a registered mail service with online tracking for all returns. If the returned package cannot be tracked during transit, we cannot guarantee its safe reception, and we kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.
You are responsible for return shipping costs in the following cases:

Incorrect order (wrong product or size chosen by customer): You will need to cover shipping fees both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you request a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the original product price only.

Unwanted item: If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.
Cancellation & Refund Conditions:

Cancellation after payment (before fulfillment): If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made, please notify us immediately at contact@vusykawaiishop.com. A 10% administration fee of the purchase amount will apply.

Cancellation after order is FULFILLED/COMPLETED: A 20% administration fee will apply, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed once the product is returned to our warehouse.

Package returned due to customer error (incorrect address provided, unclaimed package, recipient unavailable during delivery): A 20% administration fee of the total order value will be deducted, along with shipping costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Package refused by recipient (including refusal to pay shipping charges): No refund will be issued in these cases.

Packages marked as "delivered": Once the tracking status shows the package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft of the package.
Processing Times & Currency
- All refunds are issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.
- If the standard timeframe has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or reach out to us.
- All refunds are processed in US dollars (USD). Vusy Kawaii Shop is not liable for any losses resulting from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and sleepwear
- Earrings and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods
- Final sale items
